Cancellation Policy
Buyers may cancel an order through the Platform at any time prior to dispatch, shipment, or initiation of delivery, subject to the applicable cancellation window displayed on the product, checkout, or order confirmation page.
Once an order has been dispatched or marked “Out for Delivery,” cancellation may no longer be permitted; however, the Buyer may refuse acceptance of the order at the time of delivery, where applicable.
Cancellation timelines, eligibility, and applicable conditions may vary depending on the product category, Seller policies, payment method, logistics status, or promotional offers, and the details displayed on the Platform shall be final and binding.
Certain orders may attract cancellation charges if cancelled after the permissible free-cancellation period or in cases involving special handling, customized products, expedited shipping, or other specified circumstances.
In the event an order is cancelled by the Seller due to unavailability, pricing error, regulatory restrictions, suspected fraudulent activity, or other unforeseen circumstances, prepaid amounts received for such order shall be refunded in accordance with the applicable refund policy.
Creelo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept, reject, restrict, modify, or waive cancellation requests, cancellation timelines, or applicable cancellation charges
