The Huliot Ultra Silent Single Socket Pipe is a high-performance acoustic drainage pipe designed for soil, waste and drainage applications. Featuring a triple-layer PP construction, integrated socket connection and acoustic performance, it is suitable for modern residential, commercial and building drainage installations.
Ultra Silent Acoustic Performance: Designed to reduce noise generated by wastewater and drainage flow; the Ultra Silent system has a tested acoustic level of 15 dB(A) at 2 L/s under specified test conditions using Huliot acoustic clamps.
Triple-Layer Construction: Manufactured with external and internal PP layers and a mineral-filled PP (PP-MD) middle layer for mechanical strength and acoustic performance.
Wide Application Range: Suitable for soil and waste discharge, drainage, ventilation and rainwater applications, subject to applicable installation requirements.
Temperature Resistance: The Ultra Silent system is specified for wastewater temperatures up to 95°C continuously and 98°C for short periods.
Chemical Resistance: The system is specified for aggressive discharge media in the pH 2–12 range under the manufacturer's stated conditions.
High Impact Resistance: Huliot specifies high impact resistance, including at temperatures down to -25°C.
Certified System: The Ultra Silent system has approvals/certifications including SKZ, DIBt and AENOR and is designed in accordance with applicable standards including EN 1451-1.
Description and applications:
Low noise soil and waste discharge system (low and high temperature) within the building structure (application area B) as well as buried in the ground (application area D). Construction of ventilation, rainwater drainage and vacuum systems inside the building (application area B). Connections are made by push-fit method with rubber lip seal. Can be connected to all push-fit systems approved according EN1451-1.
Huliot Ultra Silent combines acoustic performance, durable multilayer construction and push-fit installation to provide a practical drainage solution for modern buildings. Its mineral-filled PP middle layer contributes to sound insulation and mechanical performance, while the socket-and-seal connection enables straightforward system assembly.
For optimum acoustic performance, the manufacturer recommends appropriate acoustic clamps and installation practices, including avoiding rigid contact between the pipework and surrounding building elements. Installation should be carried out in accordance with Huliot's technical installation instructions and applicable local plumbing/building requirements.
