Multitubo PPSU (Size : 20mm x 16mm x 20mm) Fittings Press-Reduced Tee with EPDM rings
Multitubo PPSU (Polyphenylsulfone) fittings are high-performance polymer connectors designed for multilayer composite piping systems. They provide a lightweight, corrosion-free, and cost-effective . They provide a lightweight, corrosion-free, and cost-effective alternative to traditional brass metal fittings for modern sanitary, heating, and drinking water installations.
Key Features and Benefits
Material Quality: Made from robust PPSU polymer, ensuring high mechanical strength and thermal stability.
Corrosion Resistance: Completely lead-free, non-corrosive, and immune to encrustation or mineral buildup.
Connection Tech: Typically utilized as press or push-fit fittings featuring stainless steel press sleeves and EPDM O-rings for secure, leak-proof joints.
Cost and Efficiency: Lighter and more economically stable in price compared to brass or bronze fittings.
Size Range: Available broadly for pipe dimensions ranging from 16 mm up to 32 mm depending on the specific system configuration.
Multitubo PPSU Press Coupling Fittings are available in the following pipe diameters:
20 x 16 x 20
25 x 16 x 25
25 x 20 x 25
32 x 20 x 32
32 x 25 x 32
Select the appropriate size according to the outside diameter of the compatible multilayer pipe being installed.
High-Performance PPSU Construction - Made from engineering-grade PPSU, the coupling offers excellent mechanical strength, durability, and dimensional stability for long-term use.
Corrosion Resistant - Unlike conventional metal fittings, PPSU does not rust or corrode, making it suitable for water distribution applications and helping maintain long-term system reliability.
Secure Press-Fit Connection - Designed for compatible Multitubo press-fitting systems, the coupling provides a reliable connection when installed using the recommended pipe preparation, press tools, and installation procedures.
Straight-Line Pipe Connection - The coupling is designed to join two pipes of the same compatible diameter, making it particularly useful for extending, repairing, or connecting sections of a multilayer piping network.
Lightweight & Easy to Handle - PPSU construction provides a lightweight alternative to many traditional metal fittings, making transportation, handling, and installation more convenient.
Excellent Dimensional Stability - The material is designed to maintain its shape and structural integrity under appropriate operating conditions, supporting dependable performance over the service life of the piping system.
Multitubo PPSU Press Couplings combine advanced engineering polymer technology with a dependable press-fit connection system. Their lightweight and corrosion-resistant construction makes them well suited to modern multilayer plumbing installations where reliability, ease of installation, and long-term durability are important.
When used with compatible Multitubo multilayer pipes and approved components, the coupling helps create a secure and efficient piping network with minimal installation complexity.
The PPSU Press Coupling should be installed using compatible Multitubo multilayer pipes, press sleeves, and approved press-fitting tools. Proper pipe cutting, calibration, insertion, and pressing are essential to achieve a reliable connection.
Always follow the applicable Multitubo installation instructions and technical documentation for the selected pipe size, press profile, operating conditions, and system compatibility.
